Archives and Property

The Property Officer is responsible maintaining an Assets Register of all District property, for its storage and maintenance, and for ensuring its availability for official District and Club activities. The Archives Officer is responsible for ensuring that significant District and Club records are delivered to appropriate archives at the end of each Rotary year.
