CLICK HERE TO REGISTER.Barbara Mifsud works at the Rotary International South Pacific and Philippines Office in Parramatta, Australia as the Regional Membership Officer for Zone 8. She supports clubs and districts in Australia, New Zealand and Pacific Islands with their membership initiatives. She provides advice on membership strategy such as club assessments, attraction, retention and engagement, new member orientation and new club development. She also assists with reports and data; resources; and collecting best practice and stories.
Barbara has worked for Rotary International for 9 years. She started as Coordinator - Club and District Support where she trained and supported club and district leaders using Rotary online resources, RI Board policy and RI constitutional documents, as well as administrative procedures such as chartering new clubs and club merges. Barbara has over 20 years’ experience working with various not for profit organisations in volunteer management including a leading Australian blindness agency and refugee resettlement program.
