District 9705 - September 2021 Newsletter
2021-22 District 9705 Directory
This year’s directory is your source of Rotary information and contact details for all District 9705 Rotarians and Rotaractors.image
From the early days of the electronic directory, the objective was to provide the most current and convenient source of district information possible.   When the first directories in District 9700 came out  some 6 years ago, the reliability of the internet was significantly less than it is today.  The off line features were convenient and necessary.  Today the NBN with greater speeds and reliability allows and supports the use of online links to provide members with the most current information.  Accordingly, you will find in this directory significantly more (red) links to the internet district website.

District 9705 Grant - Update
Rotary Peace Fellow, Emily Nabakooza has been hard at work using a second District 9705 Grant to restore a very under resourced mixed primary school in her area of Uganda. A fit for purpose pit latrine has been  built and classrooms made watertight and useable again.   With the funding provided by D9705 this renovation has lifted the educational and health prospects of  some rural Ugandan children.
