Message to Members
The District welcomes DG Leo Farrelly OAM back to the helm as District Governor on 12 April. Leo took leave for a time to process the loss of his wife Elaine. Our District extends our sympathy to Leo on his bereavement. We understand he is looking forward to returning and connecting with clubs over the next few months.
Facebook Training
You're Invited!!
Your District Communications team invites you to a Facebook Training Day on Sunday May 1st in Canberra.
This is the ideal workshop for anyone who would like to learn how best to utilise Facebook as a Rotarian and administrator of a Club public page or internal group.
We welcome people of all skill levels who are interested in learning more about the social media platform!
Adopt a Tree
What is Rotary Adopt A Tree?
It is simple. This program offers people in the community the opportunity to contribute $5 per tree through the Rotary website to adopt a tree.
The funds from donations will then contribute to the planting of trees in fire and flood ravaged zones across the NSW and ACT. The planting areas will be determined by experts, including Landcare and Rotary will organise plantings under their guidance.

Renamed the Aussie Peace Walk the inaugural event of 2021 was a huge success with over AUD26,000 raised for Rotary Give Every Child A Future.
