I spoke about “Making Your Club The Place To Be” at each of my visits and asked you to look at your club and ask:
Why you joined?
Why you stay?
Would other people in your community see being a member of your club as desirable?
It is only through reinventing ourselves and being relevant to our community we will attract new members. Work to make being a member of Rotary an attraction, engage your members to retain those already members and participate in projects that excite and enthuse the people you want to attract to Rotary.
