Mt Kenya 2015 Anzac Day Ceremony

District 9700 Mt Kenya Rotary climbing team conducts Anzac Day Ceremony to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the Gallipoli Landing which happened on the 25th April 1915.

Over seven days they passed through five different climatic zones, with amazing views across the endless grassy plains of East Africa and Mount Kenya’s amazing topography.The Climb was supported by Coolamon and Wagga Wagga Sunrise Rotary Clubs. Funds raised will allow Rotary to continue its work in Kenya and South Africa, as well as to support Legacy Australia.
