The Panel was set up by the Rotary Institute with the aim:
 TO encourage the nomination of worthy Rotarians and others
in their local communities for recognition within the Order of Australia
Honours Awards
 TO promote a wider understanding of the Order of Australia Honours system; and
 TO be available to give discreet advice about the criteria and effective submissions
