Here we experience Rotary Serving Humanity - one of many examples Ann and I have noticed on our visits. In a community declared by the UN as the poorest nation on earth, with over 45% of children under 5 years, underweight; and 70% unemployment. This RAWCS project, managed by Blackheath Rotary Club, is building a gymnasium and supporting staffing in partnership with the Dili Rotaract Club.
